Highly Recommended. Oakwood Lettings and Estates LTD are outstanding. They are the acting agents for my deaf brother for one year - since he’s moved to Luton. All agents closed their doors as my brother was not a working professional due to his disability and these were the only agents who not only had their doors open but very efficiently took over everything. From finding the perfect place to taking care of any issues that have occurred immediately. Properties that have been offered by them have always been in top condition- never faced any problems. Always there even if it\'s out of their working hours- Special Thanks to Mr. Aqib who has gone out of his way in helping us.

We enjoyed renting this flat so much, the landlord is fantastic and so helpful. Any problems were fixed the same day or as soon as possible. The location is great too Good service and prompt communication. Aqib in particular has been a real help, replying to my queries even late in the evenings. Having myself owned a local Estate Agency (Luton) from 1973-1990 I an able to convey something of a different angle. Aqib has the priceless gift of empathy which comes through in all what he does. I found him very professional, dedicated, and a genuinely kind person , who goes way above whats one might expect from a letting agent. He makes what can for many be a stressful situation into something where the clients feels comfortable. Cant speak highyl enough of him. Any potential landlord or Tenant is lucky to have him..
