With over 16 years of combined experience in the property industry, the foundations of our business have been built on a genuine passion for real estate, strong industry knowledge, and a commitment to providing a more personal and professional service.
In 2016, Aqib recognised an opportunity to establish an independent sales and lettings agency that would offer something different from the traditional approach seen across the property market. With a clear vision for how an agency should operate, the aim was to create a business built around honesty, transparency, reliability and, most importantly, putting clients at the heart of everything we do.
From the outset, the focus has been on developing long-term relationships rather than simply completing transactions. Whether assisting landlords with managing their properties, helping tenants find the right home, or supporting clients through the sales process, the business has continued to grow through reputation, recommendations and a consistently high level of service.
